How Does Its Work?
Connecting your site to the TRANZILA server, is easy and doesn't require any software
\installation on your web server. InterSpace engineers will install the system for you,
and operate a test station for few days. In addition, InterSpace will approach the
credit card companies in order to get their approval for connecting you to the service.
Given the approval, the system will be up and running within 3-5 business days.
Your web site will interface with the Tranzila server on a 24/7 basis.
The installation process will be executed in two level:
1. You will provide us with your Merchant account info at the credit card companies. We will approach the CC companies on your behalf and ask for approval. In most cases, such an approval is granted in 3 business days.
2. On a technical level, you will be asked to refer your secure form CGI to the URL through which the transaction information will flow. You will also provide us with a URL where the buyer will be referred to in cases of approved transaction and a URL for a failed transaction. Tranzila will refer the buyer to the appropriate URL given success or failure of the transaction.
To support balancing, reporting and other back-office functions, Tranzila automatically
logs every transaction in a powerful database An easy to use, web based reporting
feature provides password protected visibility into this transaction level information.
To zero in on a problem a merchant can: Select all or single card types (MasterCard,
Visa, American Express) Select all or specific transactions by any criteria you choose.
Search the entire log or select a specific date range Search for a specific dollar
amount or an amount range ( The management system keeps only the last 4 digits of the
credit card number for security reasons.)
